Below is an outline of both Summer and Winter schedules!

MONDAY
- am : Swim 6-7am - technique, recovery and or VO2 max based efforts depending on athlete

- pm : Long Run (Summer only)

TUESDAY

SUMMER
- am : Bike -
 On the road, meeting at Hillarys marina carpark (closest to Marmion ave). Ready to depart at 5.30am. Bring your lights and layers. 
Back by 7am. 

- pm : Run - 6-7pm at Flinders Reserve in Hillarys. Tempo/Intervals

WINTER

- am : Bike - Trainer session- 5:40am at whitford shopping centre
- pm : Run - 6pm at Flinders reserve in Hillarys. Tempo/Intervals

WEDNESDAY 
- am : Swim
6-7am - Endurance swim set

THURSDAY

SUMMER
- am:Bike Strength 

- pm: Run Session - 5:30-630pm Whitfords/Sorrento area depending on session requirements.

WINTER

- am : 6am -7am - GK Live Interval session on Zoom/ Facebook with coaches 

- pm:Run session5.30-6:30pm Whitfords/Sorrento area depending on session requirements.


FRIDAY 
- am : Swim
  6-7am - Threshold

SATURDAY 
- am : Long ride
- varied location based on training requirements. (run off)

SUNDAY 

- Day Off
