Below is an outline, but changes occur to suit athlete development.
MONDAY
- am : Swim 6-7am - technique, recovery and or VO2 max based efforts depending on athlete
TUESDAY
SUMMER
- am : Bike - 5.30- 7am, Strength work, Skills and Vo2 (Depending on the time of year)
Back by 7am.
WINTER
- am : Bike - Trainer session- 5:40am at shopping centre
- pm : Run - 6-7pm Tempo/Strength/Drills
WEDNESDAY
- am : Swim6-7:30am - Endurance swim set
THURSDAY
- am: Bike Session : Threshold Efforts ( Depending on time of year)
- pm: Run Session - 6-7pm Track Session
FRIDAY
- am : Swim 6-7am - Sprint Day
SATURDAY
- am:Long Run in a variety of locations
- pm:Swim Session, recovery focus
SUNDAY
- am:Long Ride Day, mixed locations
